Suntem Ovidiu Sorin si Vlad Scânteie, editori in cadrul Open Directory Project si semnatarii articolelor si ai jurnalelor web (blogurilor) afisate la aceasta adresa.
Am dezvoltat aceasta sectiune a dmoz.ro pentru a prezenta atit modul in care site-urile sugerate in ODP dinspre partea publica sunt administrate de catre editorii dmoz cit si pentru a oferi sfaturi legate de inscrierea site-ului dumneavoastra in cel mai mare catalog de pe Web.
Intr-un blog ulterior, vom oferi informatii de ordin personal despre fiecare dintre cei doi editori initiatori ai acestui proiect.

Vlad Scânteie I dont find you listed as an editor. Are you sure you are an ODP editor?
Howcame you are the only editors from ODP that publish on this blog?

1. Vlad Scânteie is a former ODP editor who has helped in setting up this WordPress blog and managed the CSS, the site layout, and the overall design of this site.
As you may have noticed, Vlad does not posts blogs related to ODP; in fact, he posts articles (which happen to be a different concept) related to the overall aspect and content display&management of this site.
At any time, Vlad can be reinstated as a ODP editor, but due to lack of time, he decided to leave aside the editing (for a while) and help with this site’s presentation and functioning.
2. “How come you are the only editors from ODP that publish on this blog?”
This blog is a project. Credit for textual content is given to the appropriate entities (DMOZ/ODP -> AOL Netscape).
Moreover, once I will be able to properly benefit from WordPress blogging system, I will invite other Romanian editors to join this project.
As already specified, this project aims at providing rich information on sites with Romanian textual content, suggested for / included in ODP, specifically in all those three categories dealing with Romanian content: http://dmoz.org/World/Română/ , http://dmoz.org/Kids_and_Teens/International/Română/ , and http://dmoz.org/Adult/World/Română/ .
Blog.dmoz.ro is not a personal site (i.e., no personal blogs can be found at this Web address), focuses on Romanian speakers (as we are addressing DMOZ categories with Romanian content), and does not honors requests for site inclusion into ODP.

As a minor specification, I’d like to inform you that the ODP editors community has been informed about this domain name and about the projects developed at this address, so there is nothing *secret* on blog.dmoz.ro.
